Trent Gavin Turner, CCIM, CPM
Trent, a native of Mississippi; has been involved in real estate since birth. The son of a property manager and builder, Trent was groomed in the real estate business; starting in leasing and maintenance, and working his way throughout the corporate world to manage portfolios valued in excess of $650MM, participating in commercial acquisitions valued in excess of $1.5B, while leading a team of 65 individuals, in metro markets such as NYC, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte, Austin, San Diego, Cleveland, to name a few. Trent’s desire to serve and positively impact everyone around him drove him to create Favors Realty; a full service, boutique real estate firm.
Trent’s unique ability to produce pro forma and underwriting metrics for acquisition initiatives, understanding of complex lender covenant and requirements, as well as local, federal, and state compliance issues while applying value add operations strategies to assets under his management drive results for his clients.
